Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Mother Held Hostage During Armed Home Invasion Gunmen Still at Large
A terrifying scene unfolded at Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Florida home Sunday night, when four armed gunmen stormed the property and allegedly held the rapper’s mother against her will while demanding cash and car keys.
According to authorities, the shocking home invasion occurred while the 60-year-old woman was alone inside the residence. The intruders — wearing masks and armed with handguns — confronted her at the front door before forcing their way into the home.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Was Not Home During the Attack
The controversial rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, confirmed that he was not at the property when the incident occurred. Instead, he was livestreaming with YouTuber Jack Doherty at the time of the break-in.
Ironically, Doherty had been arrested the day before on unrelated charges, including drug possession.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that deputies were dispatched after receiving reports of a robbery and burglary in progress at Tekashi’s residence. When officers arrived, they found several shaken individuals inside the home, including the rapper’s mother, who recounted the harrowing ordeal.
According to police, Tekashi’s mother was physically restrained outside while the other suspects ransacked the interior, searching for valuables. The men reportedly demanded cash and car keys before fleeing the scene.
Police Search the Property — Suspects Still at Large
Law enforcement officers, along with a K-9 unit, searched the home and surrounding property but were unable to locate the suspects. Investigators believe the gunmen escaped in a vehicle before deputies arrived.

Authorities have not yet confirmed whether any money or personal property was stolen, and the investigation remains ongoing.
A spokesperson for the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office told TMZ that the suspects remain at large, and detectives are actively following leads to identify the men responsible for the violent home invasion.
Ongoing Investigation and Security Concerns
The incident raises new questions about Tekashi 6ix9ine’s safety, as the rapper has faced multiple violent threats and legal troubles in recent years. Known for his turbulent career and outspoken persona, the artist has been both a target of violence and a controversial figure in the hip-hop community.
While Tekashi has not publicly commented beyond confirming he was not home, sources close to the rapper say he is deeply shaken by the incident, especially since his mother was directly involved.

“She’s lucky to be alive,” one insider told reporters. “It could’ve ended very differently.”
A Developing Story
As of now, no arrests have been made, and police have asked anyone with information about the home invasion to come forward.
The situation remains under active investigation, and updates are expected in the coming days.
